What currency are your prices in?
All of our prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Do you ship internationally?
Of course! We offer shipping for all orders for a flat shipping rate of AUD $15.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
We’re unable to make changes to your order once it has been placed. We recommend emailing us at email@example.com immediately if you need to change or cancel your order once it has been placed.
What’s the status of my order?
We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been shipped with a link to track your order.
What is your returns policy?
If your new shirt from Mr Fineapple is not quite right, you may return it provided you meet the eligibility below.
Eligibility for return:
- Item/s must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order
- Item/s must be in the original condition (i.e. unworn and unwashed with tags attached)
- All items can be returned for a refund or store credit.
The shipping cost to return the item is payable by the customer. Please ensure that the Item/s are returned in the original packaging, or if the original packaging has been damaged, in a protective bag. MrFineapple will not be responsible for goods that are damaged or lost in transit.
